(More customer reviews)I've bought re manufactured items before with great success. Such cannot be said for this item. Out of the box none of the features worked, it would not brew in the various sizes offered, water overflowed with each attempt to brew. It was a total disaster. Unlike most of the Keurig brewers the overflow goes into a tray. This is a real pain. Somebody's quality control was way off. Be very careful. Luckily because I bought it through Amazon, the return process was relatively painless.
