(More customer reviews)I bought this filter for my new house.It was a big pain to install if you don't have a special hole in your countertop already.I had that new hole drilled and the handyman noticed that the unit didn't come with some of the necessary parts.I called the manufacture to get them and they didn't help at all.We had to search for something similar. IN the end, I paid $700 to install it!!!!!It seems to work fine but I wouldn't do it again - at least not with this one.
