These filters are the foam filter that sit in front of the motor on the Dirt Tamer hand vacuums. They should be replaced every six months. You may wash them to a point, but sooner or later you'll need to replace them. These are handy to have so that you may have an extra filter for your Dirt Tamer, while you are letting the filter dry.
