(More customer reviews)I bought it about 3 weeks ago. I have not tried it yet. I am taken it as a gift overseas. I think it is all right. However, it did not come with filter. I had to call customer service numerous times for the filter. I was told that I have to buy filter. I argued that it should come with one like most of the other companies and I threaten to return it back. Finally one of the agent sent one with no charge. I thank her for her service.
